Take Care of the Young Lady: Episode 5 Fashion

Greetings! How are you doing this weekend? And how did you find the finale for TCOTYL? I have yet to watch it but I read the recap on dramabeans and I’m quite disappointed to be honest. I was interested to watch the show firstly because the story seemed interesting and funny. Plus, the fashion is AMAZING. Plus, I love Yoon Eun Hye.

And here we go! Episode 5!

HAE-NA

1.

Here Hae-Na wears a simple light grey skirt with a plain white tee tucked into it. Look is finished with a long gold necklace.

2.

Hae-Na wears black pants and a black tank plus this extremely ridiculous thing. I don’t even know what to call it. A piece of bronze… armour? Anyway, it’s bronze and it’s slightly raised at the shoulders and it looks like a pair of wings with two black strands of tassel hanging from the sides. Seriously. How ridiculous is this outfit? I hate it.

Thankfully, the accessories are better. A silver box clutch, black and studded silver ring plus a bangle in the shape of a snake.

Thankfully, after that ridiculous outfit, we get classy Hae-Na next. She is wearing a black strapless dress with a white layer right at the top. It’s knee length but with a slit up the side.

Accessories include black stilletos and a sparkling necklace.

There was no front view shot of this dress so we’ll have to settle with the back. A green one shouldered dress paired with green dangly earrings and green and red rings.

And now we’re back to the edgy Hae-Na. I quite like the top half of the outfit but I hate the jeans. They’re over torned. I mean, look at the amount of holes on her jeans! So extremely ridiculous! This is worse than the armour-wings. (Although kudos to Yoon Eun Hye who actually is able to kinda pull off those horrid jeans without looking terrible.)

Okay. Back to what she’s wearing. Sleeveless white tank paired with a faux fur vest, belted with thin black belts in the middle and topped with those too torn jeans.

Plenty of accessories for this look. There’s the motorcycle gloves, square ring, twisted necklace, pink studs, and a bangle which if I’m not wrong could be the snake bangle from the armour-wing outfit. Finally, beige strapped open toe heels finish this look.

Here Hae-Na wears a long and huge black gown, a huge black flower headpiece and silver earrings.

I don’t mean to complain but Episode 5 is filled with horrible outfits for Hae-Na. This is another one. It’s a eggplant colour dress which has poufy sleeves and is longer behind than in front. And look at the back view of the dress. Yes, it is a gaping hole. Why is there a hole? It’s not classy or nice either. It just looked like someone forgot to complete the dress. Again, hate it.

The clutch I like. Rectangular beige coloured clutch. Shoes are black cross strapped heels worn with socks.

Simple look here. Flowered pattern top paired with red shorts and silver rings.

9.

Finally, this outfit I like. It has a very summery and cherry feel. Bright red dress paired with floppy pink and yellow sun hat and colourful necklace.

Another strapless dress similar to the one above. But this one is white with embroidery on it and ruffles on the top. Paired with a black scarf.

And accessorised with silver earrings.

EUI JOO

Now on to Eui Joo! She is wearing a pair of olive coloured shorts paired with a light blue collared shirt and over it, an embroidered vest. Very cute, very Eui Joo.

And it’s not too clear here, but she is carrying a brown bag and is wearing red strappy heels.

I like Eui Joo’s shirt here! It’s grey in front but black behind. And she wears it with a checkered blue and yellow scarf and an orange watch.

13.

Again, cute look for Eui Joo. She’s wearing a long top paired with black mini skirt, tied at the waist with either a really thin belt or some of those string like things that you use as a belt. I have no idea what they are called oops! And finally, over that is a cropped grey short sleeved jacket.

Accessories are simply black bands around the wrist.

EUI JOO + SU-AH

For this look, I’m combining Eui Joo and Su-ah together. I find it cute how they are dressing quite similarly.

1. Eui Joo: Eui Joo’s look is always about layering. Here it’s no different. Base is a simple white tee, over that a black vest with a hat and over the vest a brownish red studded vest. Finally, this is all put together over a green skirt and of course with matching coloured bands around one wrist.

2. Su-ah: Su-ah’s looks is always classy, girly or preppy. I believe this look is a mix of girly and preppy. She is wearing a buttoned up pale blue mid sleeved formal top, tucked into a grey skirt with a ruffle detail and layered below a simple black vest. Su-ah does not layer as much as Eui Joo but piles on the accessories to make up for it. I spot layered necklaces, a ring and tons of bangles and bracelets on her arm.

SU-AH

15.

Okay, finally for the character with my facourite style! Here Su-ah wears a black pencil skirt paired with an orange silk top. Accessories include a quilted black bag. (Chanel? The logo looks faintly like it. Although I’m not sure. )

Accessories include a gold necklace which can’t really be seen, pearl earrings, silver ring and a pearl bangle.

16.

Su-ah is wearing a floaty loose animal print top with a pink skirt. Accessories include a watch, hair clip, silver earrings and two green rings.

17.

Su-ah is wearing a red dress here. It has a ruffled detail on the sleeves and is belted by a black belt. Worn with tons of accessories, as per Su-ah style. Black earrings with a silver lining, sparkling silver necklace, huge ring and gold bracelets.

18.

Last look for Ep 5 is Su-ah wearing a light yellow dress with a flower pattern. The look is paired with matching coloured flower earrings and a dark green clutch. Very pretty look.

FAVOURITE LOOK OF EPISODE 5: Hae-Na

It’s a rather simple look but I really like the bright coloured outfit. And I guess I was drawn to that huge floppy hat as well. What was your favourite look?
