I’m back with Episode 6! School is ongoing for me so again I apologize that updating is going to be slow. 
I have yet to watch the finale of TCOTYL either! I will find some time this weekend to catch it though. Dong chan and Hae-na together are so CUTE. Before I start gushing about the amazingness that is DC and HN I shall begin.
Episode 6 is really short! The shortest post as of yet. (: Only 8 looks for this post!
HAE-NA
1.
We begin with Hae-Na at the farm. She is wearing an oversized grey printed tee (which I don’t particularly like because it’s too big and it’s just hanging off her) paired with a black studded vest (which I totally want!) and black leggings.
Accessories are black studs, black and gold rings and dark coloured bracelets to go with the dark sorta rocker vibe.

After rocker Hae-Na, we get ladylike Hae-Na. I really like this outfit because it veers off from the normal over the top outfits. Not that OTT outfits are bad (they’re not), it’s just that an outfit like that is a refreshing change.
Hae-Na is wearing a neutral light brown dress with a darker brown bodice in the middle. The simple look is paired simply as well with a black clutch, gold watch and ring and drop earrings.

Again, cute look that is a more toned down version of what Hae-Na normally wears. A strapless light pink dress is belted in the middle with a brown belt and worn with a cute necklace. I like this look but I wish they used another belt.
SU-AH
4.
This is Su-ah arriving on the farm before changing into her “farm outfit”. It’s a really formal look to me but very elegant. If I’m not wrong, I believe it’s a dark blue jumpsuit with a black belt cinched in the waist.
Accessories include white sunnies, flower earrings and a huge statement necklace. I love the flower earrings! They’re adorable.
5.
This is Su-ah in her farm wear. I personally like Su-ah’s version of farm wear more than Hae-Na’s.But that’s me. I’m into the girly vibe more than the rocker chic vibe.
Su-ah is wearing a sparkly shiny white and silver tank paired with white shorts and accessorised with a silver bangle, earrings and rings.
6.
This is the second statement necklace Su-ah is wearing in this episode. I like this one more. Gold accessories (bangle + necklace) paired with a simple black dress. I like.
EUI JOO

And now for Eui Joo. Casual chic is her style. And she does it so well. We can always learn from her since most of us average people can’t exactly wear what Hae-Na is wearing and go about.
Eui Joo is wearing this pair of amazing jeans with a acid wash. A tee is layered under a long reddish brown plaid top and belted in the waist with a brown studded belt to give it shape.
Her look is completed with a dark brown bag, brown boots and a pile of mixed bracelets.

Eui Joo wears a lot of plaid in TCOTYL I realize. Here’s another example. They’re really embracing the current plaid trend I see. I totally want one too! [To sidetrack a little, I've been online shopping for some time for a cute plaid top and I found one. I added it to my cart but a few days later when I finalized my order and was about to pay, the plaid shirt was out of my size! Argh! Don't you just hate it when these things happen to you?]
Okay back to Eui Joo. Dark green and white plaid top layered over with a brown fringed vest (again love the vest!) and paired with a blue skirt. Cute and casual.
Simple bracelets complete the look.
FAVOURITE LOOK OF EPISODE 6
To be honest, this episode’s fashion was very toned down and nothing really stood out that made me go WOW but I will pick a look from each episode no matter what. So I’ve chosen…
..Hae-Na’s refreshing neutral look. Which was your favourite look?
Greetings! How are you doing this weekend? And how did you find the finale for TCOTYL? I have yet to watch it but I read the recap on dramabeans and I’m quite disappointed to be honest. I was interested to watch the show firstly because the story seemed interesting and funny. Plus, the fashion is AMAZING. Plus, I love Yoon Eun Hye.
And here we go! Episode 5!
HAE-NA
1.
Here Hae-Na wears a simple light grey skirt with a plain white tee tucked into it. Look is finished with a long gold necklace.
2.
Hae-Na wears black pants and a black tank plus this extremely ridiculous thing. I don’t even know what to call it. A piece of bronze… armour? Anyway, it’s bronze and it’s slightly raised at the shoulders and it looks like a pair of wings with two black strands of tassel hanging from the sides. Seriously. How ridiculous is this outfit? I hate it.
Thankfully, the accessories are better. A silver box clutch, black and studded silver ring plus a bangle in the shape of a snake.

Thankfully, after that ridiculous outfit, we get classy Hae-Na next. She is wearing a black strapless dress with a white layer right at the top. It’s knee length but with a slit up the side.
Accessories include black stilletos and a sparkling necklace.

There was no front view shot of this dress so we’ll have to settle with the back. A green one shouldered dress paired with green dangly earrings and green and red rings.

And now we’re back to the edgy Hae-Na. I quite like the top half of the outfit but I hate the jeans. They’re over torned. I mean, look at the amount of holes on her jeans! So extremely ridiculous! This is worse than the armour-wings. (Although kudos to Yoon Eun Hye who actually is able to kinda pull off those horrid jeans without looking terrible.)
Okay. Back to what she’s wearing. Sleeveless white tank paired with a faux fur vest, belted with thin black belts in the middle and topped with those too torn jeans.
Plenty of accessories for this look. There’s the motorcycle gloves, square ring, twisted necklace, pink studs, and a bangle which if I’m not wrong could be the snake bangle from the armour-wing outfit. Finally, beige strapped open toe heels finish this look.

Here Hae-Na wears a long and huge black gown, a huge black flower headpiece and silver earrings.

I don’t mean to complain but Episode 5 is filled with horrible outfits for Hae-Na. This is another one. It’s a eggplant colour dress which has poufy sleeves and is longer behind than in front. And look at the back view of the dress. Yes, it is a gaping hole. Why is there a hole? It’s not classy or nice either. It just looked like someone forgot to complete the dress. Again, hate it.
The clutch I like. Rectangular beige coloured clutch. Shoes are black cross strapped heels worn with socks.
8.
Simple look here. Flowered pattern top paired with red shorts and silver rings.
9.
Finally, this outfit I like. It has a very summery and cherry feel. Bright red dress paired with floppy pink and yellow sun hat and colourful necklace.

Another strapless dress similar to the one above. But this one is white with embroidery on it and ruffles on the top. Paired with a black scarf.
And accessorised with silver earrings.
EUI JOO

Now on to Eui Joo! She is wearing a pair of olive coloured shorts paired with a light blue collared shirt and over it, an embroidered vest. Very cute, very Eui Joo.
And it’s not too clear here, but she is carrying a brown bag and is wearing red strappy heels.

I like Eui Joo’s shirt here! It’s grey in front but black behind. And she wears it with a checkered blue and yellow scarf and an orange watch.
13.
Again, cute look for Eui Joo. She’s wearing a long top paired with black mini skirt, tied at the waist with either a really thin belt or some of those string like things that you use as a belt. I have no idea what they are called oops! 
And finally, over that is a cropped grey short sleeved jacket.
Accessories are simply black bands around the wrist.
EUI JOO + SU-AH

For this look, I’m combining Eui Joo and Su-ah together. I find it cute how they are dressing quite similarly.
1. Eui Joo: Eui Joo’s look is always about layering. Here it’s no different. Base is a simple white tee, over that a black vest with a hat and over the vest a brownish red studded vest. Finally, this is all put together over a green skirt and of course with matching coloured bands around one wrist.
2. Su-ah: Su-ah’s looks is always classy, girly or preppy. I believe this look is a mix of girly and preppy. She is wearing a buttoned up pale blue mid sleeved formal top, tucked into a grey skirt with a ruffle detail and layered below a simple black vest. Su-ah does not layer as much as Eui Joo but piles on the accessories to make up for it. I spot layered necklaces, a ring and tons of bangles and bracelets on her arm.
SU-AH
15.
Okay, finally for the character with my facourite style! Here Su-ah wears a black pencil skirt paired with an orange silk top. Accessories include a quilted black bag. (Chanel? The logo looks faintly like it. Although I’m not sure. )
Accessories include a gold necklace which can’t really be seen, pearl earrings, silver ring and a pearl bangle.
16.
Su-ah is wearing a floaty loose animal print top with a pink skirt. Accessories include a watch, hair clip, silver earrings and two green rings.

Su-ah is wearing a red dress here. It has a ruffled detail on the sleeves and is belted by a black belt. Worn with tons of accessories, as per Su-ah style. Black earrings with a silver lining, sparkling silver necklace, huge ring and gold bracelets.

Last look for Ep 5 is Su-ah wearing a light yellow dress with a flower pattern. The look is paired with matching coloured flower earrings and a dark green clutch. Very pretty look.
FAVOURITE LOOK OF EPISODE 5: Hae-Na
It’s a rather simple look but I really like the bright coloured outfit. And I guess I was drawn to that huge floppy hat as well. What was your favourite look?

I know TCOTYL is ending soonish and I will definitely post every episode’s fashion but I can’t be as quick as I hope. I’m trying my best! Also, I will re-do Episode 1 as the image quality isn’t good so I’ll get to that too! Anyway, here’s Episode 4 with 12 looks. I find that as I go along with each episode, I seem to be taking more and more photos.
1. Hae-Na at home
She is wearing a light pink top paired with a grey multi-layered skirt which is long in back and short in front.
She also wears a very detailed and long green necklace plus gold rings and a gold bangle.
2. Su-ah at work
Su-ah wears a black and white checkered dress. Accessories include two silver bangles, a clear flower ring and pink earrings.
3. Eui Joo at work
Eui Joo wears a brown and white checkered top with a huge bow detail in front paired with black mid length shorts. Her pink belt gives the outfit a pop of colour.
She is also carrying a cream colour satchel which I believe is the one we saw in Episode 3. And it’s not too clear in the above picture, but she’s wearing brown heels.
4. Hae-Na out shopping and hanging out with Tae Yoon
Here, Hae-Na is wearing a mid length sleeved black dress which looks to be leather I think? It has a lifted and structured shoulder and I think the dress looks really uncomfortable! Her look is completed with a pair of slightly higher than ankle pointed black boots.
Accessories are black and silver: silver bracelet, round black ring, black and silver earrings and a black clutch with silver detailing.
5. Eui Joo
Eui Joo arrives at home from somewhere, I’m not too sure where but she’s wearing a pretty cute outfit. She pairs a striped blue and white top with a black vest and grey capris. The look is tied together with a brown belt.
Accessories are a brown bag, chained bracelets and coloured ties around one wrist and white bands on the other.
6. Hae-Na on ‘escape’ mission
Because Hae-Na is on an escape mission, she doesn’t put on a dramatic dress but yet she wears a total attention grabbing outfit too simply because she is Kang Hae-Na.
She is wearing a (too) large and loose black top with a white animal/creature/something print on it and GOLD leggings. I LOVE LOVE AND LOVE those leggings! I’m crazy over them and there was a time when I really really wanted to buy a pair but didn’t because it would be kinda difficult to wear them out.
While I love the leggings, I hate the top. I know it’s supposed to look edgy and all what with those motorcycle gloves (pictured below) but it’s just too loose and big and it seems like something a rapper would wear. They could have at least belted it! She is wearing a GORGEOUS pair of heels which very unfortunately I cannot take a picture of. I tried, believe me.
Hae-Na’s edgy look has plenty of accessories too. She wears motorcycle gloves on both hands and even with those on, she wears two rings, a black bangle and earrings. Finally, she carries a black slouchy bag. This look is slightly flawed in my opinion. It had potential and it could have looked better! All they had to do was remove the rings, belted the top and perhaps give her a shorter and smaller top.
*Note: There’s a short scene here where Hae-Na is talking to her grandfather and she’s wearing a long pink gown. I decided to exclude this because the scene was too short and there was no clear image of her gown to take.
7. Hae-Na heads to work
Hae-Na wears a dark grey top plus distressed white jeans plus brown jacket to work. Her bag is an oversized white bag.
Her outfit contains red elements in it with a red bangle, red sunnies and red heels. I’m undecided about whether I like it or not. Do you like the red? Other accessories include a clear bangle and a chunky gold necklace.
8. Su-ah heads to work
Su-ah has totally pretty hair. As I watch on in more recent episodes, I’m starting to miss her hair like this, perfectly normal and wavy and pretty. They shouldn’t create those ridiculous hair ideas on Su-ah even if she plays the bad character! There was one hair idea in a recent episode that resembled a poodle. It was absolutely disgusting. But we’ll talk more about that when we get to that episode.
Su-ah is wearing a light grey dress with a studded detail over the waist plus a short black jacket with shiny buttons. She is also wearing a pair of really high black heels with a cross strapped detail on the back which you can see in a picture below.
9. Eui Joo heads to work
Eui Joo wears a brown printed top with fluttery sleeves layered over a white tee plus a denim mini skirt. She is carrying a dark brown bag and wearing brown heels.
10. Hae-Na at home on phone with Tae Yoon
Here Hae-Na is wearing an one shouldered olive green top paired with a beige colour skirt and belted over the waist. She’s wearing two smaller sized rings as well.
11. Hae-Na sneaking out to meet Tae Yoon
Hae-Na is wearing a tan formal looking top which is belted in the middle by a wide triple strapped black belt and carries a black clutch.
She wears a chunky gold necklace as her only accessory.
12. Hae-Na meeting up with Tae Yoon
Here, Hae-Na wears a really pretty peach coloured gown with a sweetheart neckline and it also has some diamantes on one side of the sweetheart neckline. As per her signature Hae-Na style, a black blazer is wrapped over her shoulder but not worn.
Finally, a pair of sparkly earrings which matches the detail on her dress completes the look.
FAVOURITE LOOK OF EPISODE 4
Su-ah’s going to work look. I liked her dress with the slightly bell shaped skirt plus the studded detail in the middle.
Next up, I will try to get Episode 5 up as soon as possible, edit Episode 1 and actually watch Episodes 11 and 12 myself!

Hey fashion/TCOTYL fans!
I do apologize for my slow updates. My time has been occupied with other things recently and I’ve had a hard time trying to look for good quality videos to take pictures of. I’ve tried downloading and google searching and I’ve finally found someone who has good quality videos. The only downside is that the video comes hardsubbed, which means subtitles are embedded in the video itself.
I hope you will understand this! I tried to take as little pictures with subtitles on them as possible. But there are some (inevitably) images which will contain words in them.
However if anyone knows where I can download/watch good quality videos with no subs or subs which can be switched off, do let me know! Thank you!
So let’s begin Episode 3. There are quite a few more looks in this episode and definitely more Eui Joo which is good news for people who love Eui Joo’s casual style. [*On a sidenote, I've watched up to Episode 9 so far and some of the looks that Hae-Na is sporting are quite ridiculous. *shakes head*]
1. Hae-Na at home
She is wearing a black top with multi coloured embellishments and accessorized with square earrings. [Not shown in picture accessories include two rings, a entwined bangle and black peep toe heels.]
2. Su-ah at fashion show
I really like Su-ah’s look at the fashion show! It’s really cute but not overdoing the cuteness so she looks pretty. She’s wearing a cherry red strapless minidress accessorized with tiny ear studs, a red flower clip in her hair, a gold cuff on her upper arm and two rings plus a super shiny rounded clutch. I like totally impractical clutches like the one Su-ah is carrying. They’re totally nice to look at but you can’t really put much in them.
And finally her shoes! I realize it’s really hard to get a shot of shoes by the way. I’m lucky that the camera filmed Su-ah’s shoes as well because I love them! Take a look.

3. Hae-Na at fashion show
Hae-Na turns up at Su-ah’s fashion show wearing the same colour but in a deeper maroon shade. Her dress is a sleeveless low cut v-neck dress with a black lining along the v-neck and the skirt of the dress is embellished with shimmery pretty things. She tops the whole thing off with a red fur shrug over her shoulder.
Accessories include: huge black dangly earrings, the standard two black rings and a rectangular black clutch.
Finally, she wraps up the entire look with simple black peep toe heels.
[*As much as I love seeing the shoes in this drama, I really feel for Yoon Eun Hye who has to walk around in those heels for filming. Goodness gracious.]
4. Eui Joo (as assistant) at fashion show
I liked Eui Joo’s look here. Casual yet cute and very easy to imitate in day to day life. Although I would suggest removing one piece when imitating the look. Because Eui Joo’s look is actually three layers PLUS a scarf. While she can pull it off on the show, I think it might be a piece too much for daily life. Just what I think.
Eui Joo is wearing a white top with fluttery sleeves as the base piece, layered with a long green backless top over it and a brown vest over that. And tops it all off with a checkered scarf wrapped snugly and neatly around the neck. As the top half of the look should be where the attention is focused on, the look is paired with basic black jeans.
Simple accessories such as small ear studs, black bands on one arm and a bunch of pretty silver bracelets on the other arm complements the casual vibe.
5. Hae-Na at home
This look is a relatively simple and comparably plain outfit when compared with Hae-Na’s normally outrageous fashion choices. But since she’s at home, no need for too much drama eh? It’s actually quite refreshing to see Hae-Na wearing simpler outfits for me. Anyway, she wears a light grey v-neck dress which is belted at the waist with either a belt or a waistband of the same colour. Accessories include medium sized dangly earrings and long layered necklaces plus a silver cuff on one arm.
6. Hae-Na shopping
This look I didn’t like. I liked the accessories, the jacket and the shoes but I didn’t like it overall because I felt that it was ruined by the shorts. I always feel that shorts are a tricky thing. Wear them right, you’ll get a cute casual look but for this look, I felt that Hae-Na’s shorts were too short to be classy or casual. They just give off a cheap vibe. I think this was an attempt to give Hae-Na a casual look but it’s ruined by the shorts.
Anyway, in this look, she wears a light pink tee and shorts (they could be white I’m not too sure but in the images they look sorta pink to me) paired with a multi coloured sorta striped blazer.
This look is accessorized with a rosette clip in her hair, small studs, one big and one small ring and a pearl bracelet (not shown in pictures).
Finally, she wears a pair of white cage style ankle booties. [I have a similar pair! Except they're like coppery colour. Love them. ]
7. Hae-Na at home
At home, she wears a long spagetti strapped studded dress with black ballet flats which are not shown in the photo.
Accessories are mostly silver (the square earrings, two round rings) plus one black hair accessory.
8. Su-ah visiting Hae-Na
Su-ah’s style reminds me very much of a Korean version of Blair Waldorf. Especially this look which I like. She’s wearing a light blue knee length dress paired with gold cross strapped heels.
Accessories are white (like the white bag and the white belt across the waist) and silver (the shiny bangle and double strapped hairband and small silver studs).
9. Eui Joo visiting Hae-Na’s house with Su-ah
Note: The photos used below are taken from the scene where Eui Joo is already home because I couldn’t take a clear shot of her at Hae-Na’s place.
Eui Joo is wearing denim shorts plus a long sleeved white top. I really like her white top because there’s this little detail in the sleeves which makes it a little different from a typical white top. The sleeves are actually half poufy (till the elbows) and then flat down to the wrist. I’ve been meaning to find a top like this one but have not succeeded.
She wore dangly white earrings and carried a tan satchel bag which she wore slung across the body earlier. Her shoes are white heels but I couldn’t take a clear picture.
10. Hae-Na meeting Tae Yoon
To see Tae-Yoon, Hae-Na sheds the usual black and dark shades and wears white instead. Her dress is a tiered white dress and I love it! She carries a black and white bag which can be used two ways. In the above picture, she carries it long on one shoulder and in the picture below, the chain of the bag is adjusted and it becomes a double chained shorter bag which she carries on her arm.
Accessories are all white to match. String of pearls in her hair, white studs and white bracelet on one arm.
And finally, her shoes! They are super sparkly silver sneaker-heels. I’m not sure exactly what these shoes are called but they are a cross between sneakers and high heels. It’s basically a pair of really girly/shiny looking sneakers with added height. I know because my sister has a pair except not as cool as the ones Hae-Na are wearing.
11. Hae-Na drinking at home
Hae-Na is wearing a black dress which is honestly quite a pretty dress but unfortunately it’s not shown to its best potential in this scene because the surroundings are dark. The top part of the dress is lace with black lapels and the bottom is a ruffled skirt. In the above picture, she’s in the kitchen and wearing black ballet flats with a bow and a (I think) pearl on the front.
After she and Dong Chan heads out to the gardens, she changes into this horrific pair of shoes. Actually I’m not sure if they mid calf boots or whether she’s wearing shoes with mid calf socks. What do you think? Either way, I hate them. But I think it’s to emphasize that since she’s drunk, she can’t exactly be looking her best.
12. Hae-Na at home
She is wearing a white off the shoulder minidress with a pleated detail on the front and back and a short trail of small buttons down the back.
She is wearing a long pearl necklace which has a bow lower down the necklace and a flower ring plus a bangle. (not shown in photo)
Finally, she wears heels with a brown rounded toe.
13. Hae-Na meeting Tae Yoon
Here, she wears a black tube top with a sweetheart neckline paired with a black blazer plus those black and white acid wash jeans which we’ve seen in Episode 1. Accessories include a very large and long necklace plus a black tote with silver lining along the strap. Shoes are simple pointed black pumps.
FAVOURITE LOOK OF EPISODE 3
In this episode, I liked Su-ah’s blue dress look and both Hae-Na’s white dress looks. However, if I have to pick just one, I would say my favourite look will go to Hae-Na’s white tiered dress look on her meeting with Tae Yoon. I love her dress and her shoes are something different from the typical high heels.

I’ve watched till Episode 5 of this drama so far and the individual styles of each female character is starting to become very apparent. For example, one thing I’ve noticed is how the stylist of the show adds personal touches to each character that is constant in every episode. Hae-Na always sports a clip in her bun and two large rings on one hand. Su-Ah wears sparkly clips or headbands and Eui Joo, for the most part keeps her accessories to a minimum, tying up her hair in a fuss free ponytail or french braids.
Hae-Na obviously has the most amazing and stand out outfits, however her style is very runway for me. They’re dramatic, fabulous, some a little unrealistic and definitely not something that normal people would or could wear. It’s nice to look at and admire though. But it suits her character. It screams money, it screams rich spoilt heiress and it’s more on the tough side. Lots of black, white and gold for dramatic purposes. Outfits that are just attention required.
Su-ah’s style is my personal favourite. Hers are expensive too but more toned down. I find her style very classy. Trendy and glamourous and girly and very classy at the same time. Unfortunately it’s harder to get shots of her outfits because her screen time is relatively shorter.
Eui Joo’s style is casual. Probably the easiest style to copy and imitate. She dons lots of shorts (which aren’t too short that it looks trashy and cheap and too beachwear) and cute clothing which are stylish as well but not as glamourous as Su-ah. Unlike Hae-Na and Su-Ah who piles on the accessories, Eui Joo keeps hers to a bare minimum.
[Note: For the first few episodes, I'll probably feature less of Eui Joo fashion wise because I find that for now, her looks are relatively simple and not anything special yet. But I will feature more of her as more episodes are released! ]
Speaking about Eui Joo, Episode 2’s fashion post begins with her.
1. Eui Joo’s job interview
It was a little difficult to get a shot of Eui Joo’s outfit here so this is my best try. I wished I got a better shot because Eui Joo’s outfit here is pretty cute. For her job interview, she wears a black skirt, a green top with little red polka dots in the middle and a short off-white jacket with shiny buttons. (I want the jacket!) Although a little informal for an interview, since it’s a drama, who cares right?
Her accessories is kept to the bare minimum with a chic flat black bag hanging from a gold chain with some white feathery detail on the bottom. (I want her bag as well.) Other than that, she wears a watch and plain ear studs, no crazy bling for Eui Joo!
2. Hae-Na at home
At home, Hae-Na wears a grey printed cropped top which reveals her midriff and pairs that with this gorgeous poufy purple skirt. (Sigh, I want that skirt!)
To tone down the slightly more revealing outfit, accessories include a classy layered pearl necklace and dangling pearl earrings.
3 & 4. Hae-Na and Su-ah at family dinner
For dinner, everyone dresses up and Hae-Na wears a long backless gown in an olive shade.
As for accessories, Hae-Na wears silver and gold jewellery, such as dangly earrings, two rings and a gold cuff. (Like the cuff!) She also sports the trademark flower headpiece, which is olive green and purple.
Now, on to Su-ah. For me, I liked Su-ah’s look more than Hae-Na’s. But again, I’m probably biased. Don’t get me wrong, I love Hae-Na’s fearless dramatic dressing but Su-ah’s classy dressing has more appeal to me.
Su-ah’s dress is pretty amazing but not very clear in the picture. It’s a strapless black and white minidress with some black flower/rosette detail on the top. She pairs her dress with simple silver accessories such as one bangle and swingy earrings plus a black ring. She also wears strappy silver heels which I couldn’t get a picture of. (And yes, I like those earrings.)
To sidetrack a little, I love watching shows with so much amazing fashion. But when watching, I tend to go, ooh I want this, I love that, I have to have that..etc.. There’s just so much to like!
5. Hae-Na lunching with Grandfather
This is just one short scene but I really like Hae-Na’s blouse here. She wears a black skirt paired with this top. The sleeves are actually white till the elbow, black from elbow to the wrist, with a short purple area which matches the purple detail on the collar and ends with a white folded sleeve.
Her only accessory are her white pearl studs in her ears.
6. Hae-Na goes riding
This outfit I really love. I want the entire thing, all of it from head to toe!
Hae-Na is wearing a black tank underneath her off-white jacket which has black lapels and buttons. This is paired with a zebra striped skirt and I believe black leggings/tights and over the knee boots with a buckled detail. I LOVE THOSE BOOTS. I NEED THOSE BOOTS!
Only studs as accessories for this look since she’s going riding. And here’s two more shots from different angles of the outfit.
7. Hae-Na at home
This outfit I didn’t particularly liked. I felt that the t-shirt didn’t match with the long skirt because it was too casual for the skirt. Anyway, Hae-Na wears a black t-shirt with a gold print tucked in but slightly tucked out of her ankle length red skirt with a slit up the middle.
Her look is accessorised with long and huge gold earrings to match the print on her shirt.
8. Su-ah at work
Su-ah is wearing a red skirt with white patterns on it and a charming sleeveless white top. I say charming because her top is actually made up of lots of (I believe chiffon) layers and has tiny silver stones studded all over it. You can see it in more detail below.
She accessorizes her outfit with a hairband with a circle detail, pearl studs, a white watch and a red ring. And of course, a perfect french manicure.
9. Hae-Na shopping
When out shopping, Hae-Na wears a black dress with a huge poufy shoulder detail and a slightly exposed back detail, belted in the waist with a matching black belt.
By the way, in this scene, I find it totally adorable that Dong Chan is wearing something that matches in colour with Hae-Na. I mean, since he normally wears white and black or blue and black. But this black and black combo is very cute!

Finally, Hae-Na accessorizes her all black look with a pink clutch, 2 large rings (one round gold one and one diamond shaped red and silver one), one small dangling pearl earring and a black bow in her hair.
It’s so hard to pick a favourite look out of all these. I really liked Su-ah’s look at the dinner, Hae-Na’s riding outfit and the one she wears lunching with her Grandfather.
After considering, I’ll call it a tie between Su-ah’s dinner look and Hae-Na’s riding look. I loved Hae-Na’s outfit the moment I saw it but I really loved Su-ah’s simple yet pretty dinner look as well.

Before I start proper, I’d like to just explain a few things.
1. I will not cover every look in each episode because some appeared for too short a time and it’s hard to take a shot of that.
2. Sorry if some of the images are of bad quality. I merely took screen captures and since I watch streamed videos, please excuse the image quality.
3. Most of the looks I’ll cover will consist of outfits that Yoon Eun Hye’s character, Hae-Na wears. Occasionally I’ll cover Eui Joo’s and Su-ah’s looks as well.
So here goes!
We’ll start with Hae-Na.
1. Meeting with Grandfather
Outfit: From what I can see, her outfit consists of a white minidress, layered with a black tank top underneath (which I like because not only does it keep the outfit from being too sexy, it gives the entire look an added colour), and a white blazer.
Accessories: Her accessories, such as her earrings, rings and the clip in her hair are mostly black and silver in colour, which is a nice match with all the white. She carries a long squarish black bag which I didn’t post a picture of but you can refer to it higher up under the outfit section and wears a pair of squarish white sunnies.
Shoes: Her shoes are really fabulous. I would love a pair but I doubt I’ll have the guts. At first glance, I assumed they were knee high boots. But nope. It’s actually a cross of laced up knee high boots and high heels.
2. Outfit to survey her community service chores
Outfit: A simple casual look that many of us can imitate. This look consists of the basic colours black and white. In this look, Hae-Na wears a white tee/tank with the front tucked into her black and white acid wash jeans. She added a black jacket with structured shoulders.
Accessories: Her accessories include aviator sunglasses, a long chain necklace and a flat black bag with gold chain details.
3. Meeting with friends
Outfit: A shiny green dress with gold details all over and a gold band tied around her waist. I love this dress. It’s dramatic but unique with that green colour.
Accessories: A small black clutch hung over her shoulder and a huge gold necklace.
*Shoes: I couldn’t get a shot of the shoes because it was only on screen for a split second. But they were really pretty from what I saw. You just have to watch to see it.
4. Home with Grandfather
Outfit: A dress with many pink flowers on the bottom and a flower each on the spagetti straps which ties up into a ribbon. This look is so sweet and girly. Totally pretty.
Accessories: I love the fact that they paired matching accessories to this outfit! As you can see, there’s a light peachy pink flower clip on her hair and a flower ring plus dangling earrings.
5. On the way to airport
Outfit: Hae-Na is wearing a grey fringed dress plus shiny black blazer.
Accessories: Her look is made more girly with a black flower clip in her hair and flower studs.
6. At the airport
Outfit + Accessories: Hae-Na wears an all white look here. I believe she’s wearing a shirt and shorts covered up with an oversized white jacket. Interesting mix of clothing. I like it and it does seem like something comfortable for a long flight. Her accessories are black which adds the pop of contrast . They include a long pearl necklace with some black pearls and a bag which looks like the one she carried in outfit no.1 but I’m not totally sure.
Shoes: Her look is completed with simple slightly pointed white pumps.
Other mentions: Su-ah
Just a slight mention of Su-ah in this post. I really like the clutch she carries in the first picture and her light green halter dress is flirty and girly. It has a flower detail above the bust and ruffles on the hem.
My favourite look for this episode would be the flower dress Hae-Na wears at home while talking to her grandfather. I like the girly dress and all the accessories. It’s perfect. What’s your favourite?

Back from hiatus. Again. Yesterday an idea came to mind and I just felt inspired. So I’ve decided to take on this personal project.
Recently, a new Korean drama called Take Care of the Young Lady (aka Take Care of Agasshi or Take Care of My Lady or My Fair Lady) started airing and I for one have been watching it as do many others I believe. I mean, it’s Yoon Eun Hye and I’m a huge fan! I liked her in Goong although I didn’t liked the show as much, loved her in Coffee Prince and loved her more in The Vineyard Man!
She plays a rich spoilt brat in the show and the fashion is just amazing! I personally love fashion and I’m just really happy when I watch kdramas and the clothes and all are oh so pretty. So my project will be to blog about the fashion in each episode! There are wonderful sites out there which recaps and summarises episodes (such as Dramabeans.com) but I couldn’t find any which covered the fashion aspect. I like to pore over the fashion but sometimes you’re too busy watching the drama to focus on the details of the outfits.
So I’ll get started! Check this space for upcoming posts!
I take back what I said in a previous post about twitter. I’m now officially on twitter and I’m a active twitter-er. Goodness, I update a few times a day! It’s actually pretty fun. Goodness me, I’m sucked into the hype as well. *laughs*
It started off as simply signing up to follow celebrities, friends and other people until I decide hey no harm if I sent out a tweet. And one led to another, and another and another..

It’s finally finally Friday.
It’s sure been a week! Endless deadlines and lack of sleep. It’s all over, for now at least. I’m going to get off the computer and the internet soon. I keep trying to quit the internet but it’s so hard! Technology is really such a big part of life right now.
Anyway, I’m so glad it’s Friday. Do you know what I’m going to do? I’m going to dig out that chocolate cookie recipe I found some time back but never had the time to make and start baking. And then curl up somewhere with a book and a glass of milk. Ah.. Bliss.

Hey guys, I hope you’re doing well.
I can’t believe it’s June already. 2009 has been more rough of a year for me than 2008 was but I’m still good. It still seems as if time flew by though. Life is funny. Recently I’ve been thinking lots on future plans and I’m half decided and half confused. Praying to the Lord for guidance.
For Archie comic fans out there, what do you think of Archie choosing Veronica over Betty after so long? I just sighed. I love Betty! And I always wished that Archie would pick her. But deep down, all along I always had the niggling feeling that Veronica would win. Just like she always does. Tsk tsk. But Betty is so NICE! And while I like Veronica in her mean ways cuz she’s hilarious, I always felt girl next door Betty would be better! How about you? Should Veronica be the one Archie gets married to?
Also, I’ve recently been pretty interested in this project called Postcrossing. It’s super cool and I really want to try it. Basically what you do is sent a postcard to anyone in the world and you’ll receive one in return. Only you don’t know where it will come from so you get a surprise in your mailbox! Sounds fun, doesn’t it? I’ve already found out how much postage costs, now I want to get ready with some pretty envelopes. *grins with excitement*

Now I can’t wait till he releases his album! Adam too! The finale show was SO FANTASTIC! I was laughing the whole way through.
And the best part of the entire show? KARA DIOGUARDI. I never thought I’ll ever say this but Kara is totally forgiven. I take back everything I said about her simply because of what she did on the finale! Oh my gosh, she stole the show! I thought it was hilarious when she popped out singing but ripping her dress? *clap clap*
And Paula’s back! Long gorgeous gown with tons of bling and dancing away. I love Paula. I will update more soon I hope! There were plenty of good fashion choices on the finale night. I’ll blog more when I have the time and when more photos are uploaded on the net.
In the meantime, let’s just continue hopping around celebrating KRIS!
Performance night was totally enjoyable with the exception of Kara who was being as annoying as usual. To be honest, by now, I’m so so sick of her. I really do hope she does not return for season 9. Anyway, season 8 was way way better than season 7! I mean, in terms of talent, people and everything! Both Adam and Kris are so good and I’ll just have to state again: to me, it really doesn’t matter who wins anymore. I love both performers. Unlike season 7, I was totally rooting for David Archuleta but this season? Both are equally talented.
Both finalists sang 3 songs each. My favourite had to be the first segment where Adam and Kris chose their favourite performance. I am incredibly happy that Adam chose Mad World and Kris chose Ain’t No Sunshine because I loved both performances from before (I’ve previously featured both performances on this blog. You can click here for Kris’ and here for Adam’s) and seeing it at the final performance is like rewatching my fave performances but even cooler!
I really liked what Adam wore with that coat and I loved the dry ice effect. I know the Simon said it was theatrical but that’s what I like about Adam! He’s theatrical and dramatic and crazy! Only he can pull off something like that and get away with it. If anyone else wore that and stood in the middle of some dry ice smoke, I’d probably laugh my head off.

When it was Kris’ turn, it was the exact opposite. While Adam is crazy, he is musically talented and sensitive. They really do balance each other out don’t they? But Kris who is much softer appeals to me as well! Kris is the type of singer where you just want to lie down, close your eyes, plug in your ear phones and listen to that voice. It’s comforting you know what I mean? Oh and I think his wife is adorable! I don’t know why, but she always seems so sweet whenever the camera lands on her. And I love her hair.

By the way, did anyone else notice what was up with Paula today? Normally she’s all dressed up but for the finale, she looks so toned down! I personally think Paula dresses up really well so it was kind of sad to see her all toned down but having said that, I did like green dress.
The second segment was a song chosen by Simon Fuller which was to me, the most boring of all three segments. Maybe it was the songs or something. Didn’t appeal much to me. Here are the performances anyway.

The last segment was the coronation song No Boundaries which Kara co-wrote with two other song writers. The song itself is not bad although not good enough to be a hit single for the winner I thought. But then again, with all the crap we hear these days, I’d settle for this.

Okay this one is kinda hard to pick. Overall, I would say that in terms of performance and singing, Adam would win this round. But I prefered Kris’ softer and lighter version of the song because it gave it something different than what one would expect. Having said that, I don’t believe this song was very fair. I mean, c’mon it was such a Adam song! The favour goes to him!
And that’s the end of my mini recap. My personal thoughts is that this season has been wonderful and Adam is truly one of the most entertaining performers ever. And I’m sad to see this season end but excited when both of them release their albums. I know I keep gushing about Adam but he’s really gushable sorry! When they both release albums though, I’ll get Kris’ one first. HAHA! See? I’m fair. For me, Adam is very good TV and very entertaining to watch, but to listen, I would go for Kris. And I cannot wait till he releases his album.
On a side note, I had this little thought in my head that American Idol is trying to push a Adam win. They keep praising him and that coronation song was a very Adam type song. Remember last season how they kept trying to push a David Archuleta win by praising him all the way and if I remembered correctly, David Cook had less complimentary comments? Will it work though this time round? I’m really really excited to find out.
Either way, may the best man win! Although you know I love them both. I leave you with this extremely adorable picture. Talk some more when the winner is announced!

Hi all, I’m currently taking a break from writing up an article for an assignment. It doesn’t even seem that difficult when I think about it. BUT! I have no idea whatsoever how to even START. Oh lordy, someone save me. I’m just hoping that some inspiration will pop into my head and I can actually begin. Because I know that once I begin, I can finish it within half an hour. Okay maybe 45 minutes.
It’s so extremely tiring and draining when you have a million and one deadlines and you don’t have the time or energy to pull yourself up and go “I can do this!”.
*BIG SIGH*
I know I sound so downright pathetic but hey I’ve been deprived of sleep lately. *yawns*
The funniest thing is, with all my whining and complaints, I actually have no regrets for going down this path. None whatsoever. I enjoy what I’m doing apart from the lack of sleep and way too many assignments. Alright, I shall return back to actually trying to come up with something. Wish me luck y’all!
P.S. I will update again later with my American Idol Finale reviews and comments! Because even with deadlines, American Idol takes priority! Hahaha.
You won’t know how glad I am that we’re going to have a ADAM-KRIS showdown. Or a KRIS-ADAM showdown, whichever way you prefer it. KRIS-ADAM sounds nicer actually. Once Ryan announced that Kris was in, I was like WHOOPEE! Since it’ll be impossible for Adam not to be in.
I like both Adam and Kris so for one thing, it’ll be a fantastic finale to watch and for another, it wouldn’t matter to me who won. If Adam wins, I’m happy. If Kris wins, I’m happy too. So it works out both ways.
I love when reality shows get down to the last few finalists! It’s so exciting. On other non-Idol related news though, I’m SO GLAD Tammy and Victor won Amazing Race! Season 14 was really cool. I liked Tammy and Victor since the beginning but got annoyed at Victor halfway and liked them again after they started working together so well. Plus they were never rude and they never purposely tried to trick or ‘harm’ others like what some contestants did. Jaime is just plain scary. I mean, she just loves to yell doesn’t she? *shudders* And Margie and Luke who I thought were such nice people true colours finally showed near the end. Tsk tsk. What goes around does come around. They came in third although they were leading. I loved it when Tammy said “I’m not wearing any pants!” when she won. Hilarious. They deserved to win, they really did.
Moving on to Idol, my award for best performance would go to *drumroll* … KRIS! Although Adam comes in a VERY VERY close second. But Kris’ rendition of Apologize was so good! No matter what Kara says. Was it just me or was Kara being especially annoying and spouting more nonsense than she already does more than usual?

As for Danny, *sigh* I have to say I really do like Danny, but I just don’t see him as an Idol. I’m sorry to say I want an Adam-Kris finale. Don’t kill me Danny fans!
One last thing before I go, I thought it was a refreshing change for Adam to wear light blue instead of black all the time. I liked his sorta new hair. Allison was smart to ask him for a recommendation for a hair stylist. Now I feel like visiting his hair stylist too. Oh and I really hope Idol won’t be bringing back Kara next season. She’s extremely annoying and lame and talks way too much and am I the only one who feels this way? I wish someone would just sorta slap some sense into her for the things she says sometimes or simply tape up her mouth. I know I’m being mean but c’mon!

Phew, I have so much to say about rock week! From the fashion choices to the performances to the duets and so on.. Read on!
Okay, firstly I HAVE to say it. Danny decided to do what Adam did last week and wore a colour that strayed away from what everyone else wore. While everyone decided to wear the standard black this week, Danny decided to wear RED. Oh dear me. Danny, you are so likable but you really shouldn’t have. Don’t get me wrong, I like Danny. He’s always smiling, he has a nice voice and he just really is likable. He’s one of those people who you just can’t hate. But I’ve always always had this thing about his fashion choices. Honestly though, red? RED? Who does he think he is? The Jonas brothers? Tsk tsk. Thank goodness he changed to that (slightly) better outfit later on.
But again, maybe I shouldn’t be surprised. Remember that white jacket he wore during country week? That thick white weird spacesuit like jacket?
But this red shirt takes the cake. Oh Danny.
Another one is Adam. When he walked out, I was like WHAT IS THAT? What in the world is he wearing? It was so weird! Too much I thought.
Ah, but someone I am so proud of. Allison. This girl has been improving by leaps and bounds (in terms of style since she’s always been good at singing) and she’s really growing on me. She looked adorable by the way! I LOVE her new hair. That was a job well done.
Speaking of Allison, surprise surprise, she was my favourite individual performance this week! If you’ve been reading my previous posts, you would notice that I’m a Adam fan but this week I wasn’t so impressed by Adam. It was good although not as great as the judges said it was. I know the judges totally put Allison down but I’ll stand by my opinion. I liked hers the most.

I like the duets that was introduced! When I heard Danny’s and Kris’ duet, I liked it. It was not bad. And although Danny was better than Kris, I wish Simon didn’t make it so awkward by saying it just like that. Did you see how uncomfortable Danny look? But in terms of the two duets, Adam’s and Allison’s duet won hands down for me! It was really good. They sound nice individually but just as good together! I agreed with Randy when he said they should do a duet for their future albums. Now, that’s a nice thought.

The last thing before I end is to say that unlike that awkwardness between Danny and Kris after their duet, Adam and Allison had the exact opposite feel. They were adorable! They really looked like a super cute brother and sister with their smiling faces and rock dressing. (Adam changed to a much less weird outfit too.)

Hi everyone. I trust you are well? Well I hope so because I am very very tired and I hope you’re doing better than I am. I’ve been sleeping less than 5 hours for the past 3 days and I’ve been having really long days too. *yawns* I literally drag myself out of bed each morning. Morning classes SUCK. Oh they do. (And I have way too many of them.) Add that to the fact that I’m so not a morning person.
Anyway, I’ve been busy with school stuff which would explain the long days and lack of sleep. But I’ve finished it (FINALLY!) and I’m so glad I manage to because it was totally crazy and sometimes I really wondered if I was doing it right. I got back from school today and decided to just give myself a break. As a reward before more due dates come up.
I came home today and found that my issue of Seventeen came in the mail! This is my very FIRST subscription copy as I’ve been buying them from the newstands all along. Finally gave in and decided to subscribe since there was some promotion going on and it was WAY CHEAP and my sister got the subscription as a birthday present to me. Anyway, the magazine put a smile on my face apart from the fact that the Jonas Brothers are on the cover. Not that I hate them or anything. But I can’t say I’m a fan either. But I do have this thing about Joe after that whole 27 second break up thing with Taylor Swift but I’m not going in to that. Anyway, I don’t really like the idea of a guy cover. Don’t ask me why but I just don’t. I mean, there are tons of female stars out there. It just feels kinda weird to me I guess to see 3 guys on such a pink and yellow girly cover.
Earlier on, I ate a slice of chocolate banana cake with caramelized nuts with glucose sprinkled over it (YUM!) and had a mango smoothie to celebrate the end of 3 long days. Double yum. After I finish this blog post, I shall enjoy my latest issue of Seventeen.
I still have not gotten to what I wanted to say yet. Goodness me, I was going on and on and on about other things. Anyway, back to topic. The funniest thing happened to me the other day. Okay, do you ever remember how it felt like when you were young and stupid and had a crush on this guy in school? Probably older, tall, dark, good looking, funny? Yeah, I had this pretty major crush when I was like 14 and I was really stupid back then. (Thinking back, I did lots of stupid things when I was 14. That was probably the age where I did the most EMBARRASSING and stupid things. I cringe when I think back. WHAT was I thinking?) Anyway, I can’t remember clearly now but I crushed on him for some time but I never really spoke much to him after that year. And then he graduated since he was a year older and then I never saw him in school again. Actually, I don’t think I’ve seen him ever since. I heard from friends that he went to this school and that was that. No other news or sightings or anything.
Eventually, I forgot all about him and deleted his contact from my instant messaging service because I barely knew him and we didn’t even talk!
And then back to the present, he added me on Facebook! What happened was I had a friend request and my personal facebook rule is to never add someone I don’t know. I looked at the name and it didn’t exactly seem familiar but somehow I thought I heard the name before. I figured it was this guy in school but then I realised nope, this wasn’t his last name. And then I saw that his profile wasn’t on private mode so I clicked it. There was no profile picture, not much information and not a big amount of friends or activities. I thought to myself, this guy seems new to FB. Who is it? And why do I have a feeling I know him? He had some photos that others tagged him in though. I took a look at the (not very clear) pictures and I was thinking to myself.. he looks familiar. he looks so familiar… And then, it hit me!
I was like no way. No freaking way. How on earth? How and why did he find me? For a moment there, I felt like that silly 14 year old again. And then reality and a more matured attitude kicked in. Please, it’s just Facebook. He probably doesn’t even remember you. And I honestly hope he forgot everything that I did because it’s so embarrassing! I hope he forgot those things just like how I forgot all about him.
Isn’t it funny how life springs something back from before to you? And what would seem like such a big deal before doesn’t even strike a memory now? It’s interesting, it really is.
